Paul did a great job on our walk through and he tried to explain to Angie what the shiny thing under the microwave was but even he gave up. Once she found out it couldn't be used to make reservations at restaurants she gave up on it.

Default What stove?

I'll bet Angie isn't going to make those brownies for you after that comment! You'd better whisper sweet nothings into her ear....

She hasn't cooked for me in 24 years. I married her for her brains not her cooking ability.

Oh, good grief! I am so in trouble reselling my home if I ever need to. I bought my home because of the beautiful big kitchen. I love to cook and do so almost every night. My problem is usually leftovers. Perhaps I need to post the menu on my door and invite all of you in for dinner. Unless posting is against the deed restrictions. I'm not that fond of leftovers. Maybe THAT's how I'm going to make new friends when I'm a fulltimer.

I think you could get a job as a personal chef for some homes in TV . All I can say is thank God for Lean Cuisine and Stouffers microwave meals. When my microwave died about 1 year ago, I hightailed it to Target for a new one.

Warning: This is NOT a joke.

A Villages friend of mine decided to reheat a pizza in her four-year old home. As the oven was preheating, she smelled something "funny." She opened up the oven door and discovered all of the original documents, including the manual, still in their now-melted plastic envelope on the bottom shelf. So, four years and never once used the oven. Impressive even for TV.
