Anyway, adios amigos. Signing off as Big Al requested. Try to behave yourselves. I know it's been difficult these past couple of days, but you can do it! Lol
Abby, please choose your words a little more carefully.. You almost gave me NOTHING but a heart attack by using "goodbye" instead of "goodnight".

But, but, but..... When a regular member of the forum goes missing we get NOTHING but concerned. Granted, when some members disappear we can guess what happened based on past history.. lol

On some forums I belong to if a person gets a "time out" there are various tags they put under their avatar. Some simply say "banned" some will say "time out". One even says "Cooling off".. lol

Is something like that a possibility? Or should we just check the member list to see if they're still on it?

That was a big slip up on my part. Sorry to cause you undue stress, Kommander. Other NOTHINGS cause you enough of that without me adding to it.

If not try the Mrs. Nucky Internationally known Sofrito:

Nothing like following directions but what makes it special is the extra stuff that gets added as they girls get going on this brew!

For a Small Batch:
2 medium Spanish Onions, cut into large chunks

3 to 4 Cubanelle or Italian frying peppers

The specifics here are from a handwritten index card copied from a cook book at some point. It looks like it was a while ago. Good Luck.

16 to 20 Cloves of Garlic, peeled

7 to 10 Ajies Dulces, they appear to be Habeneros and Scott bonnet pepers but at the other end of the heat scale. They are sweet with a bright green, herbal flavor. Culantro is a leafy herb that smells like Cilantro on steroids. If you can't find them just use 1 1/2 bunch of Cilantro.

3 to 4 Plum Tomatoes, cored and cut into chunks.

1 large Red bell Pepper, Cored Seeded and cut into large chunks.

Shovel everything into the work bowl of a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. With the motor running, add the remaining ingredients one at a time, processing until smooth. The Sofrito will keep in the fridge for 3 days and also freezes beautifully.

I know Zip-pity Doo Da about cooking anything. I was 98 Lbs. when I met my lovely wife 21 years ago and now I'm not 98 Lbs. anymore. I think she spices it up more than what she will let on. When I tried to get the secret part from her she said "Does Macy's tell Gimbal's".

Enjoy Nucky. P.S. Do Not under any circumstances add Tilapia. LOL
Well, NOTHING will stop me from trying that!

I was thinking of the "I Love Lucy" version, but Big Al was referencing NOTHING but "The Three Stooges" -

Me Three, I was Thinking I Love Lucy. Those were the day's rite?

Did you ever have one of those days? You know when things start out rough and it snowballs downhill and just grows. The best thing to do other than Nothing is just get to bed

without making things worse. Tomorrow everything always looks and feels better. Life is not a Hallmark Card. Expectations of others are what usually let me down. There is a

an important lesson here. Hope I learn this time. Peace Out.

Some good insights here. I like your "just go to bed" suggestion the best, Nucky, especially since my ruckus usually starts because I'm tired and cranky anyway. But a very smart woman once told me 2 ways to tackle difficult situations. One is "don't engage", in other words do NOTHING as you said. The second is to mentality visualize and tell yourself to "let the train go by". Now if I could just discipline myself to do those things when the situation arises..............sometimes easier said than done.

Right about now going to bed sounds like NOTHING but a great idea.

A little early for you, but not so much for me since I got up at 4am today and have to get up at 5am tomorrow.

On that note, goodnight (not goodbye!) all you NOTHINGS.

We went for a half a tank full of gas Golf Cart ride. All over God's Green Acres. This place is unbelievable. We saw people getting along, several people taking a plastic bag off the leg of a beautiful duck. Then we went to Spanish Springs and had our choice of parking spots. Somebody big must be playing down south at Sumter or Brownwood. Beautiful and lucky and after dropping 70 lbs. we had fried chicken for dinner. Did I had something heavy on my heart Buckwheat? Was that today?

Bed by 10 tonight. Nothing better than The Villages. Nothing.

Sounds like you experienced God-incidences throughout your day. (I don't believe in coincidences). Glad your day ended with beauty, peace, and love - NOTHING better than that.

Today is a new day - new beginnings, new hopes, and new joys. Today is Wednesday. It is my long workday, but don't feel sorry for me. I am grateful to have the perfect job from which to eventually graduate to retirement. NOTHING better than being appreciated.

Did I ever mention I worked in a quarry for a short period of time, several years, owned a medium size copy machine, fax machine sales and service company and the the job of a lifetime. Being a Concrete Producer. Nothing but great memories about the last job. A feeling of accomplishment every day. We went home from work tired from laughing and still did the job, lot's of pride.

We both were lucky. Nothing short of a miracle cause most of the peoples I know did not care for their job one bit at all. Being the boss was like being a glorified baby sitter for truck drivers, Teamster and Operating Engineers who needed their ego stroke constantly. Not a Captain Of Industry like some but rewarding so I understand. And I don't know where any, BODY or anybody is you know. LOL
