Our Florida closing was NOTHING BUT BEAUTIFUL. No lawyers, no suits of armor, no swords like in a Jersey closing. I don’t think I heard anyone growl either.

We closed remotely on both houses. NOTHING but signing documents and sending them back.

We have people knocking on our door to buy our house. The problem is in our township you need a certificate of occupancy to sell. We are at the mercy of our township authorities. EPA guidelines also play into the matter, but it is a ridiculously minor thing. I don't want to fight the feds as well. We've had several people in real estate througout the country who have looked into our situation. Not for NOTHING, but no one has ever seen anything like this.

There’s always renting it out or rent to buy till it’s resolved. NOTHING can stop you from doing that

OMG that is NOTHING but crazy. At some point however you are going to need to do it. Maybe you should contact one of those news stations that like NOTHING better than dealing with stuff like that.

We were wondering about that. Will we NOTHING but lose our primary residency exclusion if we do that though? We need to check with our tax guy about that.

Tried that too - both television and local newspapers - NOTHING. What I really think we need to do is have W, Big Al, and the Nuckmeister visit a few people. Sometimes that's the only way to get a job done - what a bad Den Mother I am - lol
