On one of the neighborhood websites in TV someone just posted about seeing 2 black bears in their backyard. I thought I NOTHING but left that kind of wildlife when I moved from the mountains to the suburbs 30+ years ago. My older brother used to scare me with stories about bears being able to come into the house. I still remind him how mean he was.........and he still laughs. Some things never change especially where siblings are concerned.

Haha - real funny. All I know is they were hungry bears because they would ravage our trash cans. And I wanted to have NOTHING to do with being their next meal. You probably wouldn't believe it if I told you I was a sucker for taking things my brothers would say too seriously so they could have a laugh at my expense. Not me - lol.

Re libraries, Sumter at Pinellas has very little in the 782.1 section. They do, however, have a healthy 641.

The Lake County Library system seems to have a better collection of operas on DVD and quite a few more just in CD. Not sure about cookbooks but most public libraries have quite a lot of those. And not for NOTHING.

I will have to check Facebook for that. Bear sightings are quite rare in the Villages along with bobcat. Quite a lot more coyote, alligator, fox, racoon, opossum, and large species of birds.

Have seen not one deer here in the Villages and NOTHING for not trying. There are reindeer but these are on a farm up CR101. Here is one of these -- Galaxy Whitetails >> Junkyard -- with an awful lot of horns.
