I think I'm Going to stick with Driving.
I have had NOTHING but more harrowing experiences driving. I totaled a car on black ice once by slamming into a jersey barrier but fortunately was not hurt.

I hear you, the drivers at the old home base in my experience are about 100 times worse than here in The Villages.

Black Ice is Cruel, So are Jersey Barriers. Fortunately, Thank You Lord You Survived. I know Flying puts the odds in your favor but its that feeling when the plane turns. Indescribable what it does to me. I feel like getting out!

Momma is getting a Whole Lotta Love in Jersey but it's freezing there today because it's in the '50s. She left her heavy gear on our Dining Room Chair. (The Chair is Warm) Grandma is Crying until I told her I buried a NorthFace Vest in our Grandaughter's Closet. I know Lucy like a book and she knows me the same way.

You two are so adorable.......okay, I won't start the day out with mush or it might chase the K-man of the NOTHING house away , but it's true, I just love "watching" and learning from the two of you - the best love story ever. Where's the darn heart emoji?

Anyway, bear with me this morning, I'm recovering from a rough week at work. Hope it ends better when I go in on Saturday. My dream job is leaning toward a nightmare. Since I can't change anybody around me, I've got 2 choices.......I better muster up an attitude adjustment or quit. I'm going to try the attitude adjustment first, but I had hubby run the numbers this week and my response was "what the heck am I working for?!?" So maybe a compromise is in order. Instead of another year, maybe a half a year? We'll see....

About the driving/flying thing - I'd take the driving route anytime as long as I'm not in a hurry. It's not that I have a fear of flying at all, I just don't like the inconvenience and waiting around and all the other nonsense that goes along with it. It's not the flying of years ago, that's for sure, but for good reason.

Driving on the other hand I love. Unfortunately, my husband is not in agreement. He dislikes it as much as I love it so if he can get out of it, he will. I do agree with you, fw, about the potential for accidents. My extended family has certainly had their share of them. Between my husband and I we've lost at least 6 close relatives (2 grandmothers, aunt, uncle, cousin, and nephew} due to car accidents. One is too many, 6 is NOTHING but tragic. Haven't lost even one to an airplane incident , but I still love the added adventure of a car ride when going on a trip.

I don't like being stuck in any kind of vehicle (except for a cruise ship) for long periods anymore. When we go up north for a visit we will take 2 weeks and make a lot of stops along the way. My body gets NOTHING but too stiff sitting for long periods now.
So sorry to hear about your family, that is NOTHING but tragic.

Looks like it was slow on NOTHING yesterday (May 1, 2019) from the 8:55 AM 24 hour cycle count. (May 2, 2019)

Which is 551 views of NOTHING.

I don't want to work anymore either. If it wasn't for the cost of medical care we'd be NOTHING but done. As it is, we'll have tp pay for insurance Mrs. K. for three years and me for five.. We could probably do it now if we had to but cruising would be taken off the menu..

I'm NOTHING but right there with you. Although that Australia flight wasn't horrible, it's probably NOTHING I want to repeat anytime soon. It's pretty bad when I look forward to JUST a 10 hour flight to Japan.. lol

I have given up on the other side of the globe. I think I can still manage west coast or Europe but that would be NOTHING but my max. I love Florida because there are NOTHING short of 4 cruise ports.

I'm gonna try and do better. I've forgotten my NOTHING so many times lately its not even funny but I sneak it on quickly and never get snagged. Just the NJ coming out, living on the edge.

1ST Doctor today suggested I lose weight, I couldn't help myself, I told him he must have graduated at the top of his class! He busted out laughing, its all in the delivery.

A great friend from Chicago said to me in the pool yesterday, I gotta take you to this Fantastic, Phenomenal Restaurant in Claremont. He said It's about 50 minutes but well worth it. I've been there and had tears in my eyes it was outta this world. I didn't tell him I've been there, he was Like Christopher Columbus Discovering Italian Food!

It was called Goombas! Now I wanna go now. I'm staying on the reservation without adult supervision, I wanna stay outta trouble!

That is sad. And NOT for NOTHING. Only lost one cousin to an extremely brutal car accident in CA from a head-on collision that brought on an extensive fire. Most of our lost ones have been to cancer or old age. And one tragic suicide of my great Uncle. And a suicide of my gun loving paranoid schizophrenic brother-in-law who thought his sister and my brother had been replaced by aliens. Lost younger brother to chronic alcoholism at 52.
