There’s nothing I hate more than people who talk constantly and have nothing to say. They ramble on and on and on and on just saying nothing and nothing more. What’s wrong with these people? Nothing? You might say that but you’re wrong. There’s nothing wrong with saying nothing as long as you say it with nothing in mind. Obviously, I have nothing going on in my mind so I will say nothing and nothing more. Ergo, I have nothing to say on this subject. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Tal, I'm glad you posted this. At first, I thought it was just my phone acting up when I was checking in earlier today. But it seemed like it was just NOTHING and not the rest of TOTV. Wonder what was UP with that?!? Anyway, good to see you back on here.

Well, good night all my NOTHING friends. I have to get up early to go to work tomorrow and try my hardest to do NOTHING there as well.

Sorry NOTHINGS but today I decided to disassemble my engine. Hell, I have NOTHING else to do. Today, my progress photo.

I’ll drop the exhaust tomorrow then pull the heads.

Here’s a pic of the crud on my intake valves. Hence the reason to pull the heads. There should be NOTHING on them.

Check out the Mercury Capri parked across the street. NOTHING was niftier than a Mercury Capri.

I sold this car when I bought my first house, family comes first ! Despite my warnings concerning it’s enormous power but lack of adequate brakes to the new owner, it was found 6 weeks later by my friend who ran a tow company. Apparently the new owner didn’t heed my warning. He smacked it into a concrete overpass doing an estimated
135 mph. He didn’t make it. His
girlfriend didn’t make it. I don’t think better brakes would have made a difference. The teenage mind is devoid of common sense. I’ll take a NOTHING VIOLATION, just thinking about those two kids tonight.

I did a lot of car models back in the day. None survived the various moves nor often the desire to stick a firecracker in a plastic model and see it explode. Almost NOTHING could survive when I got a batch of firecrackers.

Real metal would. But few model cars were all metal.

Every July 4th, or thereabouts, I would blow up the models I had built over the winter. I clearly remember the aircraft carrier. That sucker just wouldn’t blow up ! I wasn’t using ash cans or cherry bombs, just the little crackers. So, I took my dads 5 lb. lump hammer and smashed
the living crap out of it. NOTHING better than taking out childhood frustrations on the U.S.S. Enterprise.

I like the smell of Chevy’s better than Mopars. Remember what your first girlfriend smelled like ? Of course you do. Cars are the same way. You never forget the car you first smelled in love with. Ok, no NOTHING in this
context. Whatever...

So I'm assuming if I asked you if my husband should bring his '60 Corvette down when we move, you would say NOTHING but yes? On the other hand, I've been trying to get him to do NOTHING but sell it for years. He's had it since he was a teenager.

He must bring it with him. Too many old men overcompensating for a lack of NOTHING are driving around in C7’s with automatics thinking their [emoji41]. They haven’t a clue as to the mechanicals and will do NOTHING but call AAA so as not to dirty their hands changing out a flat.

Corvettes are NOTHING but cool.

I had a purple NOVA with flowers on it when I was a teen. Hand me down from older brother who got in some trouble and was sent to grow up with basketball coach in Austin, Nevada. 1969 Chevorlet Nova SS - Purple - YouTube

We took various trips from Reno, Nevada to very out-of-the- way Nevadan towns to root for my older brother in some of his games.

NOVA’s, AKA Chevy II’s are bringing NOTHING but the big [emoji383][emoji383][emoji383] at all the auctions.

Going once...
Going twice...
Sold ! To that NOTHING with the cute chick in tow.

Well, maybe I should lighten up about it then. If my husband can fix it himself, he will have NOTHING to do with paying someone else. After having a clean hands job for 40+ years, he likes NOTHING better than to get his hands dirty once in awhile.

Looked more like this but with flowers. Probably owned at some time by hippies with a need for speed. That car could really fly out on the desert roads where there was no speed limit. NOTHING but fun.

Basketball coach in Austin, Nevada lived in a house that had been a brothel at one time. They had some very strange furniture. NOTHING but odd. Mirrors in strange places. Heart shaped sofas. Older brother lived with basketball coach and worked on ranch and also was in one of those fire crews. Probably not a hot shot though.

The movie Only the Brave brought back memories for him.

This NOTHING must leave NOTHINGVILLE for the day. He has a task that will not wait for any man. At my age, albeit in good health, can’t help but think of the consequences my wife would confront if I suffered a catastrophic heart attack with the machine completely disassembled. So, I must get back to work so as to play an end run around the grim reaper.
