It was bugging me. I actually have a great deal to do each day now. And not for NOTHING.

Did check the households for Idaho and Wyoming in the Villages' phone book to see if The Villages Daily Sun and I have the same fountain for information. These were states with very small numbers for Villages households claiming hometowns in these and not for NOTHING.

I was not going to count New York State which looks like it has the biggest number of Villages' households at 6,303.

Loved the HoneyMooners..........back in the day of great comedy.

I would MUCH rather be out in the shop than on my knees cleaning the floor. At least in the shop if I want the floor cleaned I just break out NOTHING but the pressure washer.. lol

Yeah, sort of like when I ask my husband to sweep the deck, or the front porch, or the garage - he has to use the leaf blower. I try to keep my mouth shut and just go out with a broom afterward. I mean you can't use a leaf blower to knock down cobwebs. :ohdear: NOTHING but frustrates the heck out of me.

Sure you can. I have a Stihl leaf blower. There's NOTHING left when I turn that thing up. Have to be careful not to remove paint.. lol

And one of these days I'll get a chance to catch up on the posting here. There's a few I'd like to take the time to respond to, but one that cannot be let go is BK's post about her uncle. So sorry to hear of his passing. Some people, whether relatives or not, are "especially special" in our lives. So glad he is no longer suffering and that you will be able to be a support system for your aunt. He would be so very pleased about that, I'm sure. My deepest condolences.

Thank you so much Abby. He is being laid out today and will be buried tomorrow. You are right about the suffering - at last he is out of pain. Again, thank you so much for your thoughts.

So nice to see you back here. Hope your visit goes well. As far as guests, nothing but nice to see them come, sometimes even nicer to see them leave. LOL

I fell on the floor laughing one time, when a friend of mine was complaining about some 'distant' cousins that came for a visit.

It had been almost a week...and he was NOTHING but tired of them.

His hilarious words of wisdom were; "Sometimes guests are like fish...after 3 days they start to stink." :1rotfl:

Of course, I later found out that the idiom...is attributed to Benjamin Franklin. :ho:

Speaking of which...do you know how to stop fish from smelling?

Cut off their noses. :D

I have no idea. But I do know nothing but:

Cook a man a fish and you feed him for a day. But teach a man to fish and you get rid of him for the whole weekend. :a040:

That is until he NOTHING but wants you to help clean the fish.

I had an extremely accident prone friend who tried to hunt carp in Hidden Lake in back of Rattlesnake Mountain with a machete. The only thing he got was a deep cut into his leg.

Rattlesnake Mountain is the tall hill you go over when you land or take off from the Reno Airport. The shaved a few hundred feet off of it in the hope of building a hotel on top of it but that never succeeded.

They showed us where several movies were filmed and it was interesting but I can’t wait to get home. This ain’t The Billages. Lol

Still have never been south of Ft. Myers nor seen the Atlantic Coast of Florida except from the air. Miami does look NOTHING but interesting.

I know a lot of movies and TV shows have been filmed in the Miami area. List of films and television shows set in Miami - Wikipedia

The Villages Daily Sun on A4 has these six states for Villages households which have their claimed hometowns in these states:

And this is back on NOTHING.

Arizona-- 106.

Illinois-- 2,507.

Kentucky-- 507.

Massachusetts-- 2,192.

New Jersey-- 2, 541.

North Dakota-- 64.

Interesting that Kentucky is 2,000 less than Illinois.

Daytona Beach is NOTHING...but about 1-1/2 hours away.

Simply take a break from one of your very busy/demanding days, jump in your car, take a short drive east...and dip your toes in the Atlantic waves.

Then one item on your bucket list...can be checked off.

Where we are in beautiful Old School Florida. Half a Mile away, not so much. I think I’ll avoid that area on the way outta Dodge.

It wouldn’t be good to have a Villages Plate on the front of the car.

All Abby has to do is plug in the computer or if it’s a person who did then there is only one suspect.:ohdear:

Taltarzac725 04-06-2019 08:48 PM

Trying to get some information from the Social Security Administration and just noticed why I was having NOTHING but trouble. They spelled my last name wrong. I suppose I could have done that at some point but you would have thought they would have caught it.

They stuck a "z" in the last name that is not supposed to be there.

Someone might break the car window if you leave an unattended pistol on the seat. Probably should not go around Miami with heat unless you have a concealed carry license and not for NOTHING.

Thank you. Yes, nothing but better and better each day. Far fewer pain meds and better sleep.

BK001 04-07-2019 08:01 AM

Interesting nothing factoid: After 3 days in the hospital, I came home 10 pounds heavier. I couldn't understand it because it certainly was not food consumption. I just found out my new Titanium hip weighs 5 lbs. That, plus an accumulation of fluid gave me the 10lb gain. Sigh!

I ate like I was going to jail in the morning. Mrs. Nucky is ascaredafied of having another flare up and had her proper meal prearranged and stuck with the program until the NOTHING but dessert joint. No way she could pass the Flan especially after the reaction of some Genuine Hispanicals that we was toting along with us. Plus being a self certified COFFEEAHOLIC I must say the real Cubano Coffee blows ours off the map.

We had a talk last night with a couple who are going back to Costa Rica and he was trying to convince me to move there because we could live like Royalty. I listened politely for an hour cause you never know, maybe it would appeal to us. I took his number and Costa Rican address and just smiled because I know where I’m going home to tomorrow and it blows his place off the map.

They have NOTHING like a Cement Pond, No Golf Carts and No Talk Of Costa Rica. :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl:

People are so nice down here. Miami would be more fun if we didn’t have other family members in tow.

Can’t wait to get back to the Love Shack and the Pool Today! Yippppeeeee!:mademyday::clap2:
