It is true. There is a whole lot of beauty :eclipsee_gold_cup: in this thread. Getting busted for forgetting Nothing is not Nothing. If everybody missed it then I agree its NADA. I thought I was ageing well even with all my medical problems. My memory is slipping a bit. I was so organized before I moved. Now I have list's to find my list's. :rant-rave:

I hear ya, Nucky, about the aging thing. Weird aches and pains, forgetfulness, slowing down - all not fun.

A few years back I went off of both sugar and flour for almost a year. I not only felt like a new person, but all my blood level tests were better than when I was in my 20's. It was amazing - energy level was significantly increased, my mind cleared, thinking was sharper - all NOTHING but good stuff. I've slipped since then and just realized this morning, I've got to re-commit. I want to feel 20 years younger again. It's worth a try, right?

And speaking of the beauty of this thread - the "topic" pretty much opens it up to anything. Bring your sorrows, your joys, your humour, whatever you got, and we'll embrace it. Just don't forget your NOTHING in the process.

Sugar, Flour and Wheat. After 3 day's you feel like a million after taxes and it's not that hard. Something to think about for sure, I'll put it on my list if I can find it. Almost forgot Nothing. Not!:bowdown:

I'm starting today to go back on that lifestyle. I refuse to call it a diet because it's really not. I find I eat a lot more veggies which is NOTHING but good stuff. And I forgot to say, a lot of my aches and pains went away too. What a lot of people don't know is how much inflammation sugar and flour (which breaks down into sugar) can cause in your body. Like most things though, I suspect some of us are just more sensitive to it than others.

Reading about your life changes has been an inspiration for me to do this. Just wanted you to know that, Nucky. Sometimes in our struggles we end up helping others - that's what you've done.

Haha......but, no kidding, it is free coffee day. They have it at least once a year and it's for everyone, not just those who have the app. The places are packed (well, more than usual) around here. I figured TV would have NOTHING but lines out the door.

I hope you all are getting the good WaWa habits down. The door holding especially is very important. I had a guy the other day, he had the double door hold down. I wanted to give him a :highfive:, but he didn't have any hands left.

We will check it out later today as we have to go out to them there parts for Nothing. I don't eat them anymore but Wawa's sandwiches are great also. :eclipsee_gold_cup:

As of today me either, Nucky. I ran in real fast, got my coffee, and ran out so the donuts/pastries wouldn't get me. No one stopped me so I guess it was free coffee day. :D

NOTHING doing with the sweets. Luckily, I never liked sugar in my coffee so no problem there.

WaWa must be an east coast thing. We have NOTHING with that name around here. You would think since they used the initials of my state twice we would have at least a couple..

Wawa you say. Berry Berry interesting. Anyhow, we took a ride tonight and got gas at Wawa but Nothing doing going inside, it was a zoo. I must admit I am a coffeeholic. I don't normally like Starbucks but at Walmart, they have the best Starbucks Iced Coffee I ever had. Give it a try almost as good as DD'S. :pepper2:

We just got a big check back.......NOTHING but happy about that. We usually try to break even, but in prepping for full retirement we've been making some changes so we were quite surprised when we got them done this year. Right into savings for us though because I'm trying to bank some money in preparation for the move. Counting down the days...........just don't ask me exactly how many. :confused:

That's a good one, although I must admit it took me a minute. I may have been thought of as the brains in the family, but not for NOTHING, was probably always the last one to get a joke. My siblings loved hanging that over me.

My Dad would have got it right away. He loved poker, but his table definitely did not fold, literally or figuratively. :laugh:
