Got a magazine recently about support for the U of MN Law School which listed me as Class of 1989 and having donated 10 times which NOTHING but sounds right. I often used certain numbers if it allowed me to donate $2.24 or $6.13 to them especially if I were doing so during a phone call from one of their law students. It usually would get a laugh.

My real birthday is 2-24 and I had become very interested in helping people dragged into the legal system without their consent like I and my fellow Earl Wooster HS students had been following the 2-24-1976 murder of my then Earl Wooster High School remedial English teacher's daughter near the University of Nevada, Reno campus. She was a nursing student there. I had gone into Reno, Nevada area libraries looking for stuff to help myself and my fellow students cope with the investigation and found next to NOTHING. 613 was a number I had in a 17 or so week study on stress on the unemployed done by the U of CA San Francisco Health Sciences Campus in late 1992 early 1993. I had forced the issue after the summer law librarian convention in 1989 in Reno, Nevada where I had kind of been "made" by very good connections to the powers that were in law librarianship in 1989. These powers can also work against you as I found out.

But I kind of think that various law students at the U of MN and elsewhere might have found out about this especially given how prone to gossip I found law students were.

That is partially why NOTHING is so fun. Hopefully 2024 will be exciting. I hope NOTHING keeps going.

I had earned a MA in Librarianship and Information Management from the U of Denver in May of 1984 and two B.A. degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno before that in 1980 and 1981. Think these were in December and May and the first was Philosophy and the 2nd in History with a Minor in Religious Studies.

I NOTHING but recall getting this on Facebook and being thrilled about it. I said "Yes" in reply in French.

This was from a French actress who showed up on my Facebook page. Many others have been popping up every so often.

This is about my trying to create a massive dialog between librarians of all kinds, victim/witness assistance providers which are often connected to police departments, celebrities, writers, musicians, physicians, psychiatrists, etc. I had started this around 1991 but it has often been trial and error. And has often picked up a lot of trolls on the way. One extremely creative one on Findlaw from 2002 through 2006 or so. I had finally identified him, called the PD where he was located and they said they were familiar with him but Freedom of Speech and all that. He had been a criminal defendant I had been helping do legal research. I had been travelling to various law libraries in the Tampa Bay area trying to help him out while he would often be pretending to be me on Findlaw.

I did check these movie trailers out from time-to-time and not for NOTHING but never met anyone with a recognizable face and if we talked about anything it would be about my having to avoid all the duck poop all over the place while walking our rather square looking Cocker Spaniel. She loved food. And my telling them the obvious warning about all the poop around of various sorts. Duck poop though not dog poop.

I did have a strange experience when watching the movie Outbreak with my mother in early March of 1995. The guy behind me leaned up and asked me-- "Did you see that?" I was excited-scared and flummoxed by this as he had said this when the number 612 shows up on a vial of blood they are testing. I did look around for the two guys as we were leaving the theater in Petaluma, CA but did not see them. I did have NOTHING but more cause to keep pushing with what I had been doing. I was #613 in a study on stress on the unemployed done at the U of CA at SF Medical School over 17 weeks in late 1992-1993. I had driven down to SF four times to talk with an interviewer in which I discussed my interest in the niche in services to victims and others pulled into the legal system without their consent.
