Seems appropriate today. And not for NOTHING.

It had some really good episodes and whether or not there are UFOs and the like seems to depend a lot on whether you have encountered one or not. And/or how open minded you are. I think there is intelligent life out there but being smart they would want to avoid contacting us for as long as possible just because they are intelligent.

OK, maybe just a little something instead of NOTHING. How in the name of Sweet Mary Jane did they come up with the ideer of James, James Bond being an alcoholic? From what I understand NOTHING or NOBODY is allowed to make that determination except JAMES himself. I do believe he has gone looking for love in some of the wrong places, I heard some lady scream flip me over in one of the movies, it was OctaNOTHING after he had only an average of F O U R drinks per movie.

So in contusion, the entire world is in Alcohol trouble except they are all shaken and not stirred. 4 drinks would definitely have me in NOTHING but trouble. There was a time I could do it but not anymore.

I would be vomiting that four drinks up all over NOTHING. Happened before but not since getting in a drinking contest with Sandra, Lucy, Cheryl, Steve and company while at the U of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management. Us librarians went out partying almost every other night but that was mostly just apple, raspberry, strawberry, etc, margaritas. Our drinking was with whiskey, bourbon, vodka and other hard liquors drunken as fast as we could. The librarians I encountered were pretty hard drinkers. The students anyway.

My Iraqi friend from the U of Mosul did not drink that I remember. He would stay with his wife when she was in the US and I never got to see her as she was always in another room. Other Muslim women would mingle but his wife stayed in their bedroom.

You're telling me! I don't know what's going on here today. It seems I can follow NOTHING and I'm not so sure I'd want to even if I could. :confused:

Been looking at my old friend's library at the University of Mosul and it looks like groups in various countries are trying to restock some of the books that were burned. I had not heard from this friend since around 1986 because our letters just got too heated. I mean with animosity. He had became radicalized against the West by 1986.

Was a gentle soul in 1983-1984 at the University of Denver Library School.

Terrible and not for NOTHING what happened to the city and the people of Mosul.

Google the Mosul Library if you know anyone who might be able to help with the rebuilding of the library and contact these people.

I do think a lot of people read the NOTHING thread.

My friend- or former friend or whatever you want to call him was still at the U of Mosul library around 2012 but whenever I tried Googling him some time after that never found much of anything.
