Ouch. But getting the shingles shot is a great preventive measure as I have several family members who had it and went through a lot of suffering. And some Villages area friends too that pushed through the pain caused by shingles.

I will NOTHING but get a flu shot soon.

Jim Carrey - Wikipedia NOTHING but an interesting actor. Had sent him and some other celebrities many e-mails in the early 2000s. Not sure if many of them ever replied but a few did. Probably not Jim Carrey but I sure had some weird discussions near the movie production trailers that were often around the Red Lion Inn in Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, CA. This would have been around 1986 through 1996 as we had moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1996.

They made a lot of movies in the 1990s and 2000s in the Santa Rosa, CA area. Rohnert Park is about 9 miles south of Santa Rosa, CA. Film locations in Sonoma County, California - Wikipedia

Got my 9th negative result for the Corona Virus from One Blood. This is for six platelet and two whole blood donations and not for NOTHING.

They test donors at One Blood with a temperature check at the door and then a test on the donation you give.

They started testing for the Corona Virus around May of 2020 and I can donate 24 times a year for platelets as long as I stay healthy. About to reach my 35 gallons the next donation of platelets I give.

I have been donating rather regularly since 2007 mostly at One Blood or what they were called before One Blood-- Florida Blood Center (FBC) and Florida Blood Services (FBS). FBC was in this area and elsewhere; FBS was in the Tampa Bay area and elsewhere.
