October 23, 2000 letter from the Director of the Florida Division of Victim Services and Criminal Justice Programs--
"Thank you for your letter of October 19, 2000 and your suggestions concerning victims' needs. Your recommendations will be taken under consideration." Nothing but still at it in 2000 even with the various troublesome events I went through earlier that year. I probably showed this to my psychiatrist whose response was probably "So what!" I am referring to my nervous breakdown of around April of 2000. |

Happy Birthday this October 23, 2026 to Ryan Reynolds Movies & TV Shows List | Rotten Tomatoes | Rotten Tomatoes. And I do not give permission lightly for someone getting involved with my 224 613 Project. He, she, or they would have to be someone with True Grit. Brave, honest and intelligent. April 20, 1995 letter from the European Commission of Human Rights Secretary to the European Commission of Human Rights:
"On behalf of the President of the European Commission of Human Rights, Professor C.A. Norgaard, I would like to thank you for your letter of April 4, 1995, with enclosures, concerning victims of violent crimes. The contents of your communication have received our full attention." This came to my Rohnert Park, CA address. The letter I had sent them probably contained around 45 reduced copies of letters received from many more places such as the ones I have mentioned the last few weeks on the nothing thread. The student assistant of the Human Rights Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School had told me while I was in the Law Library there looking at their Human Rights section of the Law Library to "never give up". I had received a letter from the USNCB in Washington DC dated December 7, 2004 that said that the United States Central Bureau of Interpol cannot investigate anything submitted by an individual who is not law enforcement. I basically just wanted to get documents in safe places. Last edited by Taltarzac725; 10-24-2026 at 11:48 AM. |

This one was very interesting. Dated October 17, 1991.
Kind of boiler plate for the letters I received in the Fall of 1991. "It is general policy of the ****** Committee not to intercede in individual matters. However, I do appreciate your sharing with me the details of your situation. Again, thank you for your letter, Sincerely,". I did get a very interesting letter from one person instructing me on how to write a good request for assistance. Nothing but a succinct letter. The one above. Not the one helping me out with writing well. That was kind of long. The letter of October 17, 1991 came to my Minneapolis address on 10th Avenue S.E.
