Nothing but the July 30, 1992 letter from the President of the California Victim and Witness Coordinating Council:

"A law library is a very logical place to house both hard copy and computerized information concerning victims and victimization. Victims and their advocates are often frustrated in their efforts to get information about statutes, agencies and institutions that pertain to their situation. A law library can and serve as a repository for such information.

The California Victim Witness Coordinating Council applauds and supports your efforts to persuade law librarians to be more responsive to this community need."

I showed this letter as subject 613 to my interviewer when I was a subject in a study on stress on the unemployed by the University of California, San Francisco Health Campus in late 1992 and early 1993. This was a 17 week study and my interviewer had waited until I was done with the study to say that my efforts were very worthwhile.

Lots of other people in many fields also would have seen this July 30, 1992 letter along with my explanation of why I was interested in this matter which was my experiences with the 2-24-1976 murder of my then Earl Wooster High School English teacher's daughter. I had gone into the downtown Washoe County Public Library to find things to help my fellow students and myself cope with the investigation and basically found nothing useful. Earl Wooster High School is in Reno, Nevada.

Nothing but thanks. Not sure if I have ever been to Nebraska. I do recall a trip with my then girlfriend/roommate around that area but not sure where we actually went. She had control over where and when we were going. I seem to remember a lot of Iowa. And viewing the Mississippi River on occasion. I did take Amtrak from Minneapolis through Chicago to New Orleans there and back but think we went through Memphis, TN.
