The other day he said he used half a tank of gas in the golf cart touring around the neighborhoods. Maybe today he used up a little more than the other half. That would mean he's now pushing his cart to a gas station. Or he could be doing NOTHING..

I was awake thinking about a friend undergoing surgery at The Mayonaisse Clinic today. We were supposed to go for support but were waved off at the last minute. Taking a little trip is always better when you get Nothing but a good night's sleepy pie. We just transferred that sleep till this afternoon. We took the shift for tomorrow. So traveling in the Monsoon should be fun. Whatever, slow is the way steady is the course. The best thing about the ride up there in Jacksonville is no Deer running out in front of the NuckyMobileSki! I have already almost collected about a dozen senior citizens as hood ornaments. Plus the one on my side of the road near The Savanah Center in a S Class MB styling her hair and looking in her rear view mirror. You know what that did to my day? NOTHING. It is to be expected around these here parts, partners. Anyhow that's it from The Hysterical Section of Da Villages. Where the hell is Dudley Do Righteously? Is he on ICE with Our Boy W? |

Looking over this forum today reminds me why this thread was initially started. As a safe place to go where everyone is welcome and, aside from posting NOTHING, the only requirement is to put aside differences and be kind to one another. Ok, yes, we occasionally poke fun at one another but the bottom line is we are all very different - probably come from different backgrounds, different parts of the country, and have held different jobs, have different likes and dislikes - yet none of that matters. We're like a dysfunctional family that loves and cares for one another despite flaws, mistakes made, or even misunderstandings*. (*That usually just happens between W and me because he's so darn smart sometimes I don't know what the heck he's talking about.)
I hope everyone who has stopped by here has felt warmly welcomed. But mostly I just wanted to say how much NOTHING means to me - a lot - especially when I venture outside this thread and see the contention that arises outside of our NOTHING world. So for the second time today, I just want to say - ![]() |

Why didn't I pick weather predicting as my profession? You can be wrong and still pocket several hundred thousand a year in the NY market. Nothing but a great profession. I prefer the man who did the best forecast I ever really needed.....Tuccillo. Our very own Weather Man! Great Guy and Accurate and most importantly A Valued Villager.
