I'm here, but my head is spinning. Amazing how even on vacation I can feel pulled in so many different directions. I think I need to retire - work is in the way of where I really need to be and what I need to be doing.

Anyway, I'm here and open to pm's from my NOTHING family if anyone needs to vent or just wants to say hello. Not sure why I feel a need to say that but I mean it. In the meantime, I will be content with and find my peace in NOTHING. And if that doesn't work, maybe another massage is in order.

So today is Wednesday, July 11th. I now have to check the calendar before submitting this. The days are becoming a blur. Unless I'm committed to something I never even know what time it is. NOTHING is a beautiful thing. Lunch with a new friend today, dinner with old friends tonight.

Glad you are enjoying yourself. The Villages is NOTHING but an amazing place. Right now though NOTHING is all I've got since I am not supposed to exert myself or lift anything over 9 lbs. Even a gallon of milk is 9 lbs. So bored.

I had the same revelation on our April ‘16 trip. Put the ole’ homestead on the MLS soon as we got back. Seems like you’ll never have enough money saved, the vicious circle of indecision. Once that decision is made all those little pieces of doubt do a 180 and it all works out. I’m a living example [emoji3]

Yikes, NOTHING !

Our 5 year NOTHING plan became a 2 1/2 year plan. NOTHING better than a great BOGO.

We didn't have a NOTHING plan. We came, liked, bought and moved. My husbands brother died of a massive heart attack the year before and we decided we were not going to miss out by waiting.

Bingo. Waiting for any reason is questionable once you get here that’s when you realize it. It’s amazing how things you worry about just seem to work out. I was a merely a pup of 58 when we moved here two years ago. We both took to the ways of The Villages quickly. I’m NOTHING but very bashful and introverted, a quiet little mouse. Time is wasting if you are not here. Just a couple more dollars and we’ll be fine. Forget it. You’re good wherever you are just jump in.

Hope things go smoothly around here today. I lost my NOTHING scorecard from yesterday but I think W won. In my book he won and is a real card. Let’s go for a ride with no destination in mind to clear our heads.

I wish our decision was as uncomplicated as yours. We would sell our house up north in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, we would probably have to hire a lawyer and fight city hall. We have not become that desparate yet, I guess. It's a long story but this is why the government shouldn't have so much contol over one's personal life and property. It doesn't probably happen to many people but when it does and it's you, it's a nightmare!

See, there I go, agitation brings out more than NOTHING.

Nice NOTHING save mom. We were fortunate that we were in a position to be able to do this.

We had a similar delay over an easement. I let the original buyer out of the contract because it wasn’t his fault and he had a family, Karma is real.

Other posters at that time had way worse problems than us, BK was one of them but eventually it works out and when it’s done within hours all sins are forgiven.

You know we wish you NOTHING but success and peace on your quest to land here.

Our house up north sold 3 times before it finally closed. The first time the buyer was just a jerk and we cut him loose. The second time on the day of closing our buyers were supposed to close on their house in the morning and ours in the afternoon and their buyers lost their financing. They had all of their stuff packed up on a truck and it cost them $4000. We were already down here so it was just an inconvenience for us. The third time was a charm. NOTHING

And so it goes, the never ending land of stories. Think back if you recall, once the check from the third closing hit the desk didn’t the pain of the other two disappointments disappear almost immediately? I love flipping houses and I hate closings.

Our Florida closing was NOTHING BUT BEAUTIFUL. No lawyers, no suits of armor, no swords like in a Jersey closing. I don’t think I heard anyone growl either.
