Have NOTHING but a good rest - you deserve it. Glad you were able to stick around a little longer tonight. We miss you here.

Kenswing, best to put something on in case a hot ash falls, you know. NOTHING more important than safety. I’m staying out of the religious conversation, I don’t want to be controversial or argue with anyone. I feel so bad for the victims and am speechless really. NOTHING went on like this when I was a practicing Catholic years ago that I knew of.

FW, I would have lent you a couple of grandchildren weeks ago, damn wish I knew, lol....have fun

Peace Out!

8 hours to go till home Mrs Abby!

Yaaay, Nucky, that's what I want to hear! The only thing better would be if I was there waiting for your arrival. Safe travels today.

Today is Sunday, August 26th. I think we're on Day 5 or 6 of K's 2nd tour of fire duty. Almost halfway to home for him. Hope he too has NOTHING but another safe day out there.

Looking back on this thread I think Day 6 was wishful thinking on my part.......more like Day 5. Why does it feel like the days go by NOTHING but slow when you're away?

I had NOTHING but a dream that our old friend and bestest buddy was beating the hell out of a Killer Whale near Mary Ann’s Island last night. I miss our old buddy and wish he was paroled for one last try, solitary confinement if it doesn’t work out, for him not me you NOTHING silly GOOSES!

It was only a dream and he was just trying to get the WHALE to cough up MARY ANN!

Up a lot last night with NOTHING but leg cramps. Holy SH*1 BATMAN, is that painful or what? Haven’t had that in years. Search leg cramps on TOTV’S better than Web MD. Pickle Juice, soap under the covers, hydration the best answers to this dilemma.

Safe, fun day to all. Have a good time FW.

Are you absolutely sure it was NOTHING but a dream? Maybe someone needs to take a trip there to check it out. I'd volunteer but I don't think the Kommander will give me the time off to go.

That is one vivid dream though. Maybe we need a dream analysis on that one. Lol

Yep just day 5.

Nucky make sure you get potassium in your diet. I’ve been woken up with my calf cramped up there’s NOTHING more painful. When I’m on a fire I make sure to eat a banana every day.

Have a great day everyone.

Like K said, a banana a day wouldn't hurt. In case it's a magnesium deficiency, a handful or two of almonds at night wouldn't hurt either. Water is always good. NOTHING but all natural, baby, at least to start.

It could be just the long drive causing it though. Hopefully that's all it is and it will self eliminate once you're back home. I'm betting on that one for now.

Same to you Kommander. I know I will. I agree that NOTHING would be better with our old friend back. If they could only confine him to NOTHING and keep him out of Fenney.

If things don't change, one of these days we may have to take NOTHING to him.

Have a great day, fw. I know it won't be hard to do. Enjoy every minute.

Based on a post in another thread, it sounds like you had a pretty fun family. Would like to hear more about them.

Here's a NOTHING story about my family -

My father was pretty strict about certain things. At dinnertime for example, he did not like any kind of commotion, not even conversation other than pass the butter or something pertaining to the meal. Telling jokes or loud talking was not acceptable. And busting out laughing because one of my brothers would chew the dreaded peas and then stick his tongue out at us across the table was a total no-no. We pretty much learned to keep things low key at the dinner table as to not upset dad. Manners were important to him and no bad language, ever.

So one day, I'm almost ashamed to say when we were all grown up, the whole family went out to a nice restaurant to celebrate something, I think it was Mother's Day. As we were waiting for our meals to come, one of my brothers said to the other, "Pass me the rolls". I saw the mischievous look in my younger brother's eyes, but before I could stop him he grabbed a roll and threw it through the air down the long end of the table to my older brother who of course masterfully caught it. My mother, sister, and I sat in horror as we all waited for my dad's response. Much to our surprise, after what felt like 10 minutes of dead silence although it was probably only seconds, my dad burst out laughing. That event marked the beginning of a whole new era in our family and probably to my father's great regret NOTHING was ever the same after that.

God Bless your brothers for taking the chance, and your father for figuring it out. Nothing being the same was probably his greatest pleasure.
