No that would be me when I am sick. My husband is NOTHING but stoic but I whine continually. I am such a brat.

It's been kind of overcast and we did get some rain but NOTHING much at all. I am wasting all my NOTHINGS in one post and then later I will be looking for them.

Anyway, I was posting from the gym just to be NOTHING but a smart aleck. My cousin decided to go use the hydro-chair or whatever it is, and I thought I could last on the treadmill til she was done. Well I almost did. That's about the time I decided I'd rather do NOTHING.

There is absolutely NOTHING going on. I finally get home and both my guys leave. You don't suppose they're trying to tell me something, do you? Well, at least my son must be feeling better. He's been sick since Saturday, so glad to see he's at least able to enjoy his b-day.

Aren't you funny? The treadmill did NOTHING for me tonight. I should have been instead if I wanted to work up a sweat. Too bad you aren't nearby........I could use a good punching bag.

Like one of my Facebook chatterers who has some girly boxing hands. And not from NOTHING. 24 wins, 21 KOs. This is out of 24 fights. My parents' bridge partner, Mills Lane, would be very proud. He was a boxer and then a well known referee. He did the Tyson-Holyfeld fight and was on Celebrity Death Match as a voice actor for a few years until his 2002 stroke.

She is an interesting person. Fun to mix it up with verbally as in writing not talking on Facebook.

I do not box though and am not a physical kind of violence person. Last person I boxed with later shot me in the left pinky with a BB gun after aiming at my eye. I convinced him to try to shoot between my fingers and he missed. Thank goodness I had a different "friend" with me at the time and this shooter was soon in some kind of violence prevention program his parents put him in. I see that he runs a business in Reno, Nevada now. This happened when I was around 15 but got me away from my rather violent friends and into reading books which intensified as soon as a certain English teacher at Earl Wooster HS took me under her wing and got me reading books like Anna Karenina.

You have certainly had a very colorful life. Makes me feel like NOTHING but the poster child for boring, though, given some of your experiences I am not complaining.

I have pretty scarred up hands and feet from these friends and my stupid decisions but one of him was always doing even stupider things like fishing for carp in Hidden Lake behind Rattlesnake Mt. in Reno, Nevada with a machete. He missed the fish and cut open his leg. He also put a 45 shell in a very old pistol he found in the dirt around Rattlesnake Mountain and blew off a good part of his right hand. He was whittling himself down to NOTHING by doing very stupid stuff.

I would usually hunt rattlesnakes with one of his younger brothers and would make a lot of noise while walking with my clumsy self. We never did get a rattlesnake when I was along with these brothers even though their various bedroom walls were full of rattlesnake skins.

I had the frame of this pistol without any firing pin in my bedroom for a long time as this oldest brother in this family-- the guy with the scarred up leg and hand-- gave it to my older brother who left it for me to have when he left Reno to work on a ranch in Basque country in central Nevada.
