Now for my explanation - first, I did sleep in this morning and it felt wonderful. I think it was NOTHING but the rainy, dreary day......no sunshine to wake up to. But I wasn't up that late. I have to confess to getting caught up in some online shopping this morning. Anyway, I think this could become my nemesis, or at least my husband's. He has been lucky all these years to have a wife who hates to shop. I can't stand the crowds, can't stand having to look all over the store for what I want, and can't stand wasting the time most of all. So I only went shopping out of sheer necessity because I never got any joy out of it. As a result, I probably saved my husband a bundle over the years. I've avoided online shopping for a long time because I knew it would just be too easy. So now it appears it has risen to the level of even putting it before NOTHING. I hope I'm not going to have to "go to confession" every morning now - lol
I could have written this myself. I always hated the mall because I get overwhelmed so easily when confronted with too much choice. When I go shopping with my friend it is small local shops. When faced with too many choices I end up with NOTHING.

Yep, we were made from the same mold. My feelings exactly. If I'm going to shop and enjoy it, it's NOTHING but as you say - as a fun day with a good friend and visiting small, local, unique shops.

Well I better scoot - hubby says he wants to spend the day together. We have a lot of things we can and probably should do, just hope it doesn't end up to be NOTHING. After all, I can stay right here and do that - lol

Have a fun time. I enjoy NOTHING more than the time I spend with my hubby.

Vandalism at Fox Run Golf Course and Doggie Doo Run Run (DDRR) probably last night. Talked to some golf course manager who handed me the smashed up bird houses from DDRR and said he had found one of the large polished stones missing and then had two of the four after I found one very close to the DDRR fence but on the other side. I had to maneuver the probably 12 lb rock up the wire fence squares with one hand until I got it to the top. These have a figure of a golfer on them. Or, the one I picked up did.

The golf course manager mentioned quite a lot of vandalism. Kind of stinks and not for NOTHING.

Busy with family surgery and other stuff today. So, I am late to NOTHING. NOTHING significant as far as the surgery goes.

Some ****ed off people at the dog park because of the juvenile actions of breaking apart bird houses. Probably kids letting off steam but risking their futures if they get caught.

These are very nice people for the most part who own Doggie Doo Run Run.

I do hope they reported it to the police and that the Fox Run Golf Course people did the same.

Found the Lethal Weapon series with Mel Gibson and Danny Glover fun.

This one of Gibson is quite good--

Well I see I missed NOTHING much here today. The Lethal Weapon movies are one of my all time favorites - love the combination of action and comedy. MG and DG were great together as was Rene Russo. Very entertaining.......

The bad weather headed north for the most part and skipped us and left us with NOTHING but nice skies.

I do not read as much as I should anymore. It is not like I have NOTHING to read. My library gets so big I need to weed every so often. I try to keep out of Barnes and Noble as I would easily be able to fill a grocery cart full of books.

I am so loving this beautiful weather especially after nothing but torrents of rain last week. As we've been told "If you don't like the weather in Florida, just wait". LOL
