I got it....really funny.

This is a warm hospitable little tree house...IF you agree with certain others, but if not...well, the playmates will insure you feel the cold.

BUT, they are the warm inviting.....just agree with them in all things...sort of like high school. Loved the Navy and college....felt like an adult.

Will try not to tarnish the hallowed halls here, and you wonder why only the few who talk only about themselves, while sniping at everyone else does not gain new accoylytes

Actually, the little club is not a bad idea, and certainly your right, but does not pass on to you the privilege of jumping on others.

MY BAD IF I MISINTERPETED THE COMMENTS. I DID NOT MAKE MENTION OF NOTHING, AND IF I MISUNDERSTOOD THE POST ABOUT IT....I APOLOGIZE.

YES, we can all get along on this TOTV and as an early member, it has been done in the past. Then, we were all individuals and not part of a group. Every thread that certain posters posted in did not become a soap opera and everyones opinion was respected and those opinions did not involve snide hidden barbs at others. Nothing wrong with disagreeing ever, but it is not required to be a soap opera.

Those with agendas on here make this uncomfortable....note NOT those with opinions, but agendas. So many people looking down on others is sad really.

We now get into "word wars" over how long we have been here, which resident organization is best....not opinions mind you....definitive statements about who is the best....all about winning I guess.

Anyway, sorry for posting here and will take my leave
I see a NOTHING there. It is just not made easy to see.

Many different posters have come on NOTHING.

You're really reading way too much into this. People get "NOTHING Violations" for not having "NOTHING" somewhere in their post. The only real rule in this thread is to have "NOTHING" somewhere in your reply. It's just a little ribbing we give people for forgetting. CNM thought he had you. He didn't. NOTHING more. NOTHING less..

Remembering American sniper Chris Kyle

Chris Kyle's birthday is today. He is still very much honored and not for NOTHING.

The book was even better than the movie.

You can say that again my NOTHING brother. Damn near ruined my recovery nap.

I am a safe driver never over 75 on the Florida Turnpike. Yesterday I swear they were passing me like I was standing still. When the traffic slowed down for about 5 minutes because of an accident we were next to a Lamborghini. They purposely changed the color to Flat Black which reminded me of a Rat Rod but what a cool car to see in person. The man driving the car knew he was the man and was almost begging for people to look at him, nope not unless he looked at our Cooler Hyundai First!! LOL. Lots of nice cars in Miami!

What a difference going down to the Miami/Hollywood are via the Pike instead of Route 95. Overall it was a pleasure. Gonna have to pick it up a notch next time to maybe 76 MPH!

Can you imagine they do that for NOTHING but to make a living! I couldn't believe the way the guy who was putting the new duct work under our house just strapped a knife to his leg and flew under the house without looking carefully first. He said that we Northerners worry too much. He's correct on that one. We have a 6 foot Black Racer (Pat) who doesn't bother anybody and just goes from our tree to the neighbors landscaping and does a good job.

Gotta find a way to get rid of frogs. They are messy. I don't wanna kill them just send them elsewhere. I think the snake in your picture could NOTHING but handle it!

Not many things bother me but snakes are NOTHING but on that list. I was on a fire a couple years ago and two guys were bitten by rattlers. We were standing around having our safety briefing and some asshat had the sound of a rattlesnake on his phone and played it. We looked like a bunch of little girls running away..

We have frogs by the thousands right now. Mrs. K loves the sound of them at night.

Next week we will put a couple extra zero's on your check. That way you'll make even more NOTHING. Why would anybody leave Nevada or Hawaii?

I left Nevada and some relatives of a neighbor/friend left Hawaii. They wanted to be near their sister-in-law and sister here in the Villages and not for NOTHING. Probably cost-of-living too.

Still love the Reno, Nevada area though but never really liked Las Vegas all that much. Reno is a much tougher town now though.

I usually felt pretty safe in Reno in the 1970s. I did hang around with a rather nasty group of kids when about 12-14 but got away from them by 15. One of them pointed a BB gun at my eye and I convinced him to try to shoot between my finger instead of taking my eye out. I had had no idea that he would point a loaded weapon at me. He missed and put a BB into my left pinky. That kind of made me abandon these "friends" who did other worse stuff to one another.

I found books and Mrs. Barbara Mitchell who got me reading Anna Karenina and many other classics. She was my English teacher at Earl Wooster High School in Reno, NV. Class of 1976. I skipped out of my Senior year in high school by taking correspondence classes from another Reno High School.

My grand niece is graduating from a Reno high school in a few months. Class of 2019!! Very clever girl.
