I reported Julio to Crimes Against Seniors. They have an office in Brownwood and are open on Wednesdays. I heard from CAS this week and was informed that they know where he is and the state is going to take action. CAS told me to encourage anyone else who had a problem with Julio to contact them. The more complaints they can document the better the case. And there is no cost when you file a complaint with Crimes Against Seniors.

The organization is actually called Seniors Vs Crime (SVC) and it is a special project of the Florida Attorney General's Office with close ties to local law enforcement and other state agencies. They have three offices in The Villages. The office located with the Marion County Sheriff's Office on Mulberry Lane in The Villages is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 to 2 (352-753-7775). The office located with the Sumter County Sheriffs Office at Morse Blvd and CR 466 is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10 - 2 (352-689-4600, X4606), and the office located with the Wildwood Police Department at Brownwood Square in open Wednesdays 10 - 3 (352-750-1914). No appointment necessary, no charge for their services.

Please follow through with the state dept of agriculture if your contract is with the termite and pest control part of the company. I have filed a complaint with them and they are looking for Julio olivares the owner.the number is 850-617-7997. We had been with them for almost 5 years then they just disappeared with my money. We had paid our yearly contract in April plus we had paid for our grass cutting for the remainder of the year. You can also file a complaint with seniors against crime located in the sheriffs dept on rt 466
