Default Mulch replacement

what is an average cost to have the pine needles replaces with wood bark mulch and has anyone used TLC Landscaping?

I went to home depot and got 10 bags of the red mulch for about $20,LOOKS GREAT.JUST PLACE IT ON TOP OF THE PINE STRAW.

I would agree with VD .... zero reason to remove the pine needles, just put the bark right on top of them.

If that is the TLC that operates out of a plain pickup and are based near Orlando....be very wary of them. They price by the bucket, which means nothing, don't give an estimate up front, and then way over charge. This is based on an experience about 5 years ago and others were duped for huge sums... 2-3 thousand to mulch. Did they solicit door to door? Another danger sign.

I think there is a legitimate business around here, with markings on the truck, that sounds like TLC. I hope they aren't tarnished by this other outfit.
