I need someone to dig some holes for large palm plants. Does anyone know somebody that will dig the holes for a reasonable price? I would appreciate any information on contacting someone that does that.

send a text, he's usually working.
include your first name, address and what you want done.
he'll respond same day and may come out that day, depending.
reasonably priced for this type of job

I agree, whomever is delivering the palms should be installing them and also providing a suitable warranty for say the first year, as well as suitable staking, etc. If none of this is being provided, CANCEL the order immediately and get a reputable vendor.

Any recommendations for a business with a good track record?

Contact the larger landscape companies, several of which advertise here. The landscaper we used several years ago seems to have disappeared, or maybe moved to the south area. Neighbors have used Village Palms, and Terrascape recently with what appers to be very good results.

Would also add Showtime Landscaping and Jireh Custom Landscaping to your list.

Lots of stuff ran underground. Make sure all the utilities are marked before whoever starts digging.

Will be a lot cheaper than a landscape company.

That depend what you call reasonable. You’ll probably get lot of ideas about what is reasonable. Just me, but I don’t think anybody does anything reasonable for the senior citizens. Personally I think the most reasonable price is do it yourself even if it takes you a week or 2 week. The soil is very sandy & digging is like a kids sand box.

Default Jack and the bean stalk

I also need the original question answered.
I had two small palms in two pots, I decided to plant them in my bed, overnight they started to grow, they are no longer small. I want to move them to my back yard. Who do you call?

Try Tim Word, Word Landscaping. He does my mowing, trimming and weeding. He also takes care of my fountain and pond. He does all kinds of landscaping at a reasonable price. My yard has never looked so good. He shows up every Monday, even in the winter. I'm sure he could plant your palms as I've asked him about adding plants to my landscaping. His number is (352) 693-1552.

Small holes are my specialty! As mentioned in a previous message, GAS, Electric, Irrigation, potable water are waiting to be rediscovered
