We back up to Villas, so not a lot of space between lanai and wall. We had a queen palm planted in each corner of the back yard.

I know exactly what you mean. And, if not removed, those seed pods can get so big they look like something out of a scary movie.

All, thank you for the clarification regarding PALM tree removal, apparently I did not read the ARC requirements well, I thought it said trees over 4 inch with no clarification for palms. my bad.
