After reading reviews on Talk of The Villages, interviewing a number of landscapers & getting estimates, and talking to Seniors vs. Crime, we decided to hire Ron's Landscaping Inc. The company did a great job with our landscaping! Ron, who is the owner, is very knowledgeable about shrubs and palms and he recommended plants that would fit our available space without appearing overcrowded, were low maintenance and cold hardy. We wanted to allow plenty of room for growth and agreed on the philosophy that “less is more”. The plants have varying textures and flower at different times, adding year round interest. Ron also designed a small patio for our grill that is both functional and eye appealing. And, he followed through and did quality work. We found his crew to be professional and friendly and they took the time necessary to do their job well. The stone patio, for example, was meticulously cut and fitted. Ron submitted the entire plan to Architectural Review for approval according to The Villages guidelines. Upon completion of the job, he reviewed everything with us and provided detailed instructions on how to care for our shrubs and palms. Thanks for a job well done!
