Did your ARC application note that you would be placing the equipment where it would be visible from the road? If not then what would you have the ARC do? They evaluated the application they received and approved the details that were within. If there were significant details left out…..

My arc approval showed equipment placed behind garage and it is not visible when you are looking at the house. We are on a cul de sac and you have to go 1/2 to 3/4 around the cul de sac, turn around and look over your shoulder to see the equipment. That is what is crazy - cul de sac is not a street which is defined, a thorofare with multiple exits. It doesn't matter since i presented a plan with bushes once i get ARC approval. Just agravating since since i had approval until a complaint from neighbor now could lead to fines etc

I absolutely understand and I gave you some thoughts on how you might challenge it. The bushes are a good idea; just keep in mind there might come a day when the repairman needs to get too the equipment.
