If you have a courtyard villa, this is legal, and it will greatly decrease your maintenance, and it may even totally eliminate your irrigation system. I highly recommend it. But get ARC approval.

In Noah Place, Deluna, more and more people are going to "Rocks" as their lawns fail. In our district it is allowable if the rocks accent approved plantings. I am not seeing the plantings and the GRAVEL is working its way onto the street. NO, I am not happy as I sprained my ankle while jogging this morning!

My rocks do not migrate onto the street. If the rocks are migrating to the street, it is because the landscaper did not install them correctly. The rock level is too high.

In my opinion, it is wrong for the builder to build new houses with a small patch of grass in the front yard and in the backyard, unless they are going to maintain the lawn. Requiring every homeowner to hire their own landscaper and pay them $75 per month or more to mow the lawn is ridiculous. And, some of these landscapers use a large and loud riding mower, which is allowed by The Villages. Some landscapers refuse to use a push mower.
