1. This firm did not initially stake any of the 8 trees they planted. Said they would stake "as needed." Staking trees should be a standard practice included with all landscaping packages.
2. Promised 2 to 3 inches of mulch. Only one inch in many spots. One employee later stated that they only put down one inch.
3. Three trees began to severely lean. After several phone calls and one lame ineffective attempt, came back and staked 3 trees, one with string.
4. Unresponsive to the 2 most recent phone calls about lack of mulch depth and two more leaning trees.

I spent an hour correcting one mulched area myself. I will spend another hour and some money staking other trees as needed - things this company should have done.
