Give your name and contact info to the manager @ Red Sauce. That way, if someone calls, asking if they found a ring, they can give them your info.

Odds are low that the owner of the ring reads this forum...

Legally, that would be the correct thing to do. You can take a photo of the ring to keep the restaurant honest, and still post your information.
