Years ago I fell and broke my ankle in 3 places. The ER doctor told me to call my clinic, which I did. This was up north and not here!!! The clinic made an app't with an ortho. dr. and from there I had a surgery to correct the breaks. I don't know that here you can' just call and make an app't without going through a primary first. They should be able to help you. If you broke it here---went to the ER---then the chain of command (so to speak) is to follow-up with your primary who should steer you to the right people.

I have had two surgeries done by them and would give them a 100% recommendation. Doctor went way out of his way to get my insurance to cover the first one

If you have a fracture that needs surgery an orthopedic surgeon should be your only choice.
