I know there are things I do now, that are getting a little more difficult, than in my younger and more agile days.

My balance may not be as goods as in my 20s.... but I think my problem has more to do with my reaction time if I get off balance.

Also, many of us, maybe all of us, do things that are a bit unsafe, and we often do not realize it. Old habits!
