In Florida, the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) was established to handle suspected healthcare fraud. They have a hotline - 1-866-357-6677 - to report suspected healthcare fraud. Try that.

If you have private insurance, is it possible you did not use the right lab for your tests and that is why they were denied? Most insurance companies require that you go to the lab that they have a contract with and you can only go to that lab. If labs were done in dr's office using a different lab that could also be reason. Hope this helps
