Apparently my answer of $36.78 monthly was not satisfactory to you, and apparently I was wrong. (You nearly need a degree in Accounting to sort through the jargon I found.)
So I googled "How much does the government pay insurers for part D" and the answer was $142.67 per plan. I'm pretty sure they mean, $142.67 per
person.
Then I googled, "Is the part d subsidy of $142.67 annual or monthly" and the answer is, monthly.
