Good luck with that.

Boston's Mass General Hospital, a Top 10 in the USA system, says they have 100,000 patients w/o a PCP and have filed a joint initiative with CVS, to use the CVS system for primary care.

Some employees of MGH are using Care Connect with K Health (an AI system) for Primary Care and the hospital system recently partnered with Amazon OneMedical to open Primary Care facilities.

It's a changing world out there.

There are over 100 doctors who will provide primary care in and around The Villages. There are over 150,000 residents of The Villages, and more than half of them are here all year 'round.

There are over 50 square miles of Villages, surrounded by main drags on all sides, each of which has an abundance of doctors who will provide primary care.

You're basically asking "looking for a place to go, any recommendations?" Or "looking to buy a car, any recommendations?" or "looking for a place where I can buy new shoelaces, any recommendations?"

I love Dr. Ashok Ojha. But as far as I know, he's not accepting new patients. He also works out of the Santa Barbara CenterWell offices, which is inconvenient to most of the community, now that we're expanded halfway to Disneyworld.

You should look at health insurance plans that seem most suitable for you. Then, use their provider directory map to pick out a few groups that seem convenient, have the hours you prefer, and doctors who fit your criteria of "doctors I'd be willing to consider as possible PCPs."

THEN come here and post a new post asking about those doctors, or ask about the group practice they're in and see if people have opinions of those, instead of "name me someone."

I just signed up with CenterWell. I had been taking my Mom and Dad to them for years when they were under another name. The doctors' office that is.

We are patients of Dr F. Delbakhsh who has an office in Summerfield and one in Wildwood. He is an internist and geriatrician. As far as I know, he is accepting new patients. There are Nurse Practitioners in the office as well so you might be seen by them. 352-307-9515. We are pleased so far.
