I have never before been informed of the metabolic function of the human body as explained in in his numerous podcasts. I also believe that many Doctors truly do not completely understand it either. It's too easy to prescribe a drug to treat a symptom. Most Primary DR. have little true knowledge of nutrition. I do know from experience that the Keto diet does work.... Sugar is poison!!!
