We asked that question when we got our shot, and I quote, we will send a new barcode, for your second shot. And by the way keep the barcode on your mobile device, We printed a copy, and they would not accept it. I then found it on my phone, and we were on our way. Took about 45 minutes for the process after I found the email.

My husband printed his bar code out, and they accepted it. It scanned fine. I wonder if the one you printed out wouldn't scan for some reason.
