Looking for a landscaper that won't charge an arm and a leg for a patio villa. Need some ideas, have ideas and would be helpful, not condescending.

Patio Villa first time going to rent In Hawkins - Can anyone provide feedback on whether the Villages Management Co., or Remax Rentals are worth utilizing? Trying to determine if folks have had positive or negative experiences. It will be furnished, no golf car, smoking, children or pets. I've read numerous posts but I'm more interested in the kind of results and costs that one might expect.
