Looking for recommendation for a small concrete repair. There is a small area on the front step that is crumbling. Needs patching and painting I think. Any advice appreciated. ������

Has anyone had problems trying to get their Comcast services cancelled? We turned in all our equipment last week and I called to make sure everything was cancelled and they said the system shows the modem wasn't returned. Now I have to go back to the office and show them my receipt.
