Hello! Newbie to TOTV. I'm 76, and doing my research to get ready to move to TV. Does anybody have any experience with, or know someone who has has placed a water distiller system in their garage? I'm looking at the 2 BR/2BA, 2 car garage, Topez model with a garage sink and faucet. I'd need 19" of space adjacent to the sink to place the distiller, mount a "Y" plumbing fixture on the end of the faucet spigot (one side of the connection used for cleaning purposes and the other for a cold water line to the distiller). A 5 gallon holding tank is attached to the bottom of the distiller, with a spigot used to draw the water into a glass jug then placed in my refrigerator. I only need a 15A outlet to run the distiller and I believe there are some of those outlets in the garage. Would a review board have a problem with this? I know I have seen water filtration systems mounted on the side walls of some garages; would this be considered any different? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
