Looking to replace our current hvac system before the new year cutoff for new system requirements in 2025. Understand if I contract now we can avoid the 2025 regs. Any hvac contractor recommendations?

My maltese dog has a subacious cyst about the size of a nickel. Our local vet is quoting a removal price of $1000 to $1200. Seems high! What do you think and any recommendations of a reasonable vet service here in the Villages?
