Curious who the rocket scientist is that made the decision to deliver Thursday's newspaper Wednesday evening in a tropical storm. Looks like we are living inside of a car wash out there. I surmise that some portion of them will end up in the storm drains possibly causing plugged drainage and flooding issues. Common sense seriously lacking.
