Crummybuttons You sound very un Village like.The Village's is a very dog friendly place. I think your post about the Dog's in the stroller is very rude. I have a 5 pound Maltese that loves her stroller and she loves to go out to see friendly faces. Hope we stay far away from you!!!!!!!!!!!

I just find it amusing the way people are with their dogs. I myself love animals but find it silly the way they treat them like humans. For the people who have mentioned that their dog is too old, has arthritus, can't walk anymore, etc....maybe the kind thing to do is put him/her down. I remember last summer going to LSL with my 86 year old mother who wanted to sit down. We went to a bench where a woman had her 2 dogs sitting on it with her. There was just enough room for my mom to sit, so she did. I stood there and looked at the 2 dogs then at the woman who then said rudely "I suppose you want to sit down too"? I said yes. She got up and took her 2 dogs and made some remark to me. I then mentioned to her that the benches were for humans not animals.

Sorry everyone is making fun of your post. You have a valid point. People on here are not always very kind. They like to bash others....

Have to agree with you on this one. You will find that here in TV there are more dogs than people. People bring their dogs everywhere from the stores to restaurants. Can't really figure it out. Dogs are dogs...not people!!! It seems way over the top to me.
