Hello, We are driving to our new community right now from Chicago Northshore suburbs to The Villages. We are Edie and Al Simons. We are renting while we build. Bought a lot in Dabney site unseen. We have never built a house before, we like the Warbler design and the St Charles. It’s hard to decide. We go to the design center on the 24th. It’s all very fast and that makes me a bit nervous.

Any tips would be appreciated.
