short term B&B and room rentals
I have no problem with long term rentals but short term air B&B ( two or three days) with a content teen over is not what we moved to the villages for as this could bring in a questionable element.
Room rentals and running a home as a B&B is something a new neighbor proposed as she was looking at the house next door and advised she was buying.
this should not be allowed but multiple people have told me it is not prohibited.
any comments??

B&B room rentals
is it allowed to rent rooms and run it as a business B&B in a single family home?? Sumter county code 13-632 needs the establishment to have off street parking and handicap access.district Gov.org 2.10 prohibits commercial use..
i have no problem with seasonal long term whole house rentals but this short term stuff is upsetting for a variety of reasons.
I dont feel short term rentals of a couple of days or room rentals and a business of B&B in a residential neighborhood is what we bought here for

Just received several large packages from our bank in our mailbox. Found that the seals were opened. Thank goodness it was just informational and contained account information.
This should not happen and all mail should be secure.
