Well, our house will be officially on the market on May 8th. We are going to be at TV for the month of July. Hopefully we will be able to find a house at that time. We will also be able to experience the heat of the summer. I can't believe it is all really happening.

Hi Mary Ann & Bob,
Our house is not on the market yet either. Jerry won't be retiring until the end of May. Will do that in early May. Wish we could know how fast it will sell. We really don't want to move until Sept. or Oct. but if it sells fast we may have to just rent something in the TV until we can buy something. We are not sure what model we like best. I like the At Ease(cottage) or the Jasmine(designer home) but will have to wait and see what's availabale when we start looking. Also, don't really know what area we want to look at. Even though we have been there twice we haven't seen all the areas. Do both of you golf? or bowl. What are your interests?
We do both but my golfing leaves alot to be desired. I'll have to find a league that isn't real competitive. I'm a much better bowler (sometimes). I would like to learn to play some type of cards or mahjjong. Our phone is 724-465-8571 if you want to chat .

Hi Jan & Jer,
We do not have our house for sale yet. We live in a 55 plus so the real estate agent
wants to do it in July because our jobs don't end till Oct. Now to her is a little early.
I had a snowy trip home on the road today. That would make you want to get to TV.
What model will you buy? We like the Iris but with the price going up we may have
to settle on the Lilac to save some money. I hope this sells fast. We want out.
We have no children and very small family so nothing holding us here.

Do you have your home on the market yet? We might rent a place down there in July so that we can look for a house then. Really don't want to move until Sept. or Oct. but it depends on how fast our home sells. So much for the groundhog telling us spring was coming early(:
