I am looking for a natural way to treat spinal stenosis. I have bone spurs that are giving me a lot of problems in my lumbar section. Has anyone had any success with E-zorb or anything else in dealing with low back and bone spurs specifically. I really don't want to have surgery but everything is gradually getting worse. I don't want to live on ibuprofen but that does give me a little relief. Any success stories out there.
