I have Xfinity for Internet and cable TV, and I have been happy with it. I wouldn't expect the Xfinity store to be able to diagnose a problem with your computers or your YouTubeTV streaming service. They would only be responsible for creating a wifi network in your house that will connect devices to the Internet. You can try Spectrum, but I can't say that they will be better than Xfinity.

I just went (9/29/25 2:00PM) to Comcast/Xfinity store in Lady Lake. We took our computers and iPhones to see why they and uTube were not working properly. The kid at the desk said he did not know and no one else in that store or the Leasburg store had ANY technicians employed there. Time to dump them but can't find a replacement. I live in Duval. Any suggestions?
