We have purchased our house in The Villages. YAY!!!!! We are in Virginia Trace. We love it!!!

We closed on our home in TV and put our current home on the market this afternoon. Hopefully we'll be full time villagers shortly. It's been a strange process but it looks like we're finally getting there.

We are so close to TV. House in Maryland up for sale Feb 1. Our next visit to TV, January 25th. We want to say no to snow and definitely no more raking tons of leaves. Looking for a house without lots of leaves to rake and no trees to fall on the house. We survived Hurricane Irene and the Earthquake!!!! Yeah...Here we come....
