“It was time for us to replace our roof. We interviewed three roofing companies and chose Sky Light Roofing. Several neighbors in Hadley had recently used them and were satisfied. They also have a local office in Wildwood (352-552-4766). Of the three quotes, Sky Light was right in the middle. Their salesman, Brent, was by far the most informative. I’ve always believed a good salesperson is also a good teacher—and he definitely was. Arrival time was set for 6:20 a.m. for job prep—and at 6:20 a.m. on the scheduled day, they were here. All materials arrived later that morning. A dumpster was placed carefully with protective 4×8 plywood sheets underneath. The next morning they arrived early again and began work. During the roofing removal, our 10-year-old tube light diffuser and ring fell and broke due to the vibration. The following day, a company representative came out, brought the needed parts, and repaired it. The replacement diffuser actually matched better than the old one—so it ended up being an improvement. The job was completed on time, all debris was thoroughly cleaned up, and we’re very happy with the results. Great experience overall. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.”

First came the consultation with Brent M. of Skylight who discussed what was being offered and listened to our issues without any “hard” sell. What resulted was an offer that met our discussion at an acceptable cost and excellent warranties on both shingles and workmanship.
Next the install was professionally completed in less than a day with a well-known brand shingle, plywood repaired if needed and a requested solar fan added. The area was cleaned and debris removed. “Need a new roof? I lost a few shingles during the recent hurricanes, and came upon a number of glowing references for Skylight Roofing. I gave them a call, and while they were very busy with all the post-hurricane work, Brent Maloy from Skylight (M: (407) 790-6755) visited me relatively quickly and laid out the entire job, including all the costs and what I should expect on the day they arrived to replace my roof. I walked all the way around the house, did not find one nail, you would never of known that there was a crew here putting a new roof on unless you looked up on top of the house and saw the fantastic product!
