I started noticing small key marks etched into the rear of my Chrysler minivan several different times over the last 2 or so months. I cannot figure out who or why this is being done. I think this may be occurring at Saddle Brook Center parking area, Rio Grande pool parking area, and/or various shopping areas along 441. I do not know who is perpetrating these acts of vandalism, or why.
I have contacted police in Sumter County and Lake County, but they really have not been able to be of much help. I am trying to track down the perpetrators and locations where these acts of malicious vandalism are occurring.
I have not done anything to create enemies here in The Villages. I am an excellent and a polite driver, and I obey all laws and demonstrate courtesy. Does anyone know why this could be happening? Has anyone seen something suspicious happening in the parking lots? Is this happening to anyone else? Please help. I feel helpless while the paint job on my new car is being destroyed.
