RIP Don. Codolences to his family.
Dandy Don was a great color commentator on MNF, (Monday Night Foorball) in adddition to be a great quarterback for the boys. He had a great personality and I enjoyed his contribution to the broadcasting booth. |

I'm honestly sorry to hear of his passing. He was one Cowboy to be admired.

Monday night football hasn't ever been the same without him, Howard, and Frank.

I never was a Cowboy fan; never liked Howard Cosell very much either. But I always enjoyed Dandy Don and there hasn't been a "color guy" like him since. RIP.

Always like him, both as a player and later in the broadcast booth. Great "down home" sense of humor.

A guy like him dying so young certainly makes me think more about retiring early.
